 Super ChannelBender
The Super ChannelBender is the most advanced fully automatic channel
letter fabrication machine for the sign-making industry. It offers the same
state-of-the-art technology that has made us the worldwide leader in the
die-making industry for years. It provides flanging, broaching, and our
patent-pending V-cut
(notching) with 4 notching angles. It offers a (max.) 130-degree notching
support – a highly advanced feature in Channel Letter Benders. With our new
LetterBox material. this channel letter bending machine can produce trimless
channel letters.

 Easy ChannelBender
The EasyChannelBender is the most economically advanced fully automatic
channel letter fabrication machine that brings state-of-the-art technology
to the sign channel industry; the very features that have made us the
worldwide leader in the die-making industry for years. This product is the
most economically-priced machine for the full automation of large
traditional flanged channel letters and large channel letters.
 Lite ChannelBender
The Lite ChannelBender is ideal for welding type channel letter
production and incorporating our proprietary V-cut functions for pristine
letter faces. This machine enables customers to process many different types
of materials, including aluminum coil, aluminum profile, brass, bronze,
galvanized steel, stainless steel, and more. It supports a thickness of
0.8mm - 1.6mm (.031" - .063") and a height of 25mm - 203mm (1" - 8"). It offers highly accurate
cutting and bending with its precision patented cutting and
bending technologies.

 Micro ChannelBender
The MicroChannelBender is our one-stop solution for producing small
channel letter designs as well as aluminum trimcap processing and bending. This new
aluminum trimcap material produces pristine letter faces, which facilitates
the manufacture of reverse or halo channel letters as well as speeding up
the entire process of faces for traditional channel letters. The machine
also processes various types of materials such as aluminum roll,
aluminum profile, brass, bronze, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and more
(up to a height of 20mm - 40 mm).

 EasyTrimmer
The EasyTrimmer is designed for automatic processing and marking bend
locations in traditional channel letter trimcap materials. This low-cost solution also
incorporates our patent-pending V-cut functions. Able to process most
popular plastic trimcap material in the market, EasyTrimmer produces
beautifully edged channel letters far superior to hand-notching and forming.
 Yueming CMA series Laser Cutting Machines
Inexpensive, low-power lasers ideal for cutting
acrylics. The CO2 laser source produces a fire hardened edge unlike the frosted
edge produced by routers. While cutting, the laser beam is fully-enclosed. The
CMA series lasers also produce beautiful engraving in a variety of materials.
The SmartCarver controller accepts the following file formats:
BMP, GIF, JPEG, PCX, TGA, TIFF, PLT, CDR, and DMG\DXF.
