The MicroChannelBender is our one-stop solution for producing small channel designs as well as aluminum trimcap processing and bending. This new aluminum trimcap material produces pristine letter faces, which facilitates the manufacture of reverse or halo channel letters as well as speeding up the entire process of faces for traditional channel letters. The machine also also processes various types of materials such as aluminum roll, aluminum profile, brass, bronze, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and more (up to a height of 20mm - 40 mm).
In addition, this system presents the shortest bendable distance from acute angles, especially for coil strips at 4mm. Our patent-pending V-cut functions with 45-degree to 120-degree V-cut angles produce the most attractive letter faces available. Used with our revolutionary aluminum trimcap material, this system allows you to produce channel letters in record-breaking time.
